Meet Your Therapist 

Hi, I’m Devarae Loomis, the founder of Elevate Myofunctional Therapy. As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, trained myofunctional therapist, and mom of two, I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal oral function, better breathing, and improved overall health.

 

My journey into orofacial myofunctional therapy began when I was searching for solutions to help my own children with airway and sleep issues. As I navigated this process, I struggled to find a single provider who could guide me in building the right team—bringing together an orthodontist, ENT, speech therapist, and body worker to address their needs comprehensively. That experience inspired me to become that person for others, providing the support and guidance I wished I had during my own journey.

 

Through specialized training and hands-on experience, I’ve helped children and adults with tongue ties, airway issues, and muscle imbalances that affect daily life. At Elevate, my approach is both evidence-based and personalized, ensuring each client receives tailored care in a supportive environment.
